ROUTE:

Our excursion to Fuerteventura starts with the pick-up from the tourist areas of Lanzarote to arrive at the Playa Blanca Pier in the south of Lanzarote where, together with the tour guide, we will begin our adventure that will take us to the Corralejo Pier in the north of Fuerteventura.

Once we arrive at the Corralejo Pier in Fuerteventura, our excursion through Fuerteventura begins. In our first stop we will visit an Aloe Vera Farm, a plant that has been cultivated in the Canary Islands for many years and with multiple healing properties and widely used in the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industry. We will continue our excursion heading south of Fuerteventura until we reach the Sacred Mountain of Tindaya, one of the most important attractions on the island and the Canary Islands. Tindaya received the nickname of "Sacred Mountain" since aborigines believed that this Mountain was endowed with a special magic.

Our guided excursion  will take us to Betancuria, the first capital of Fuerteventura. Its name is due to the Norman Jean de Béthencourt who founded it in 1404; the valley of Betancuria was the first settlement of the island. We walk through its streets full of history and see its church. In the hermitage of Vega de Río Palmas is the image of Nuestra Señora de la Peña, patroness of Fuerteventura.

We will continue our day trip through Fuerteventura making a stop at the Betancuria Massif, in the east of the island, where we will enjoy stunning views. You can take the opportunity to take some beautiful photos that will be the envy of your acquaintances.

Our guided tour of Fuerteventura will continues towards Pájara and Antigua where we will see the famous mills that are found throughout the island of Fuerteventura. We will make a stop in Santa Inés Valley where you will be able to have lunch in one of its many restaurants (not included in the price of the excursion) or eat the picnic that you have brought from your accommodation.

Last but not least, our guided excursion in Fuerteventura will take us to the famous Dunes of Corralejo, where we will make a stop in an huge and spectacular sea of sand dunes where you can immortalize with your photos a unique landscape in Europe and share with your loved ones after your holidays in the Canary Islands.
